One of the
best ways to stay in touch with
clients and prospects is through a monthly e-Newsletter.
Here is the Information
about our process and the steps to get started....

$500 per quarter (3 per quarter) or $2000 per year
(1 each month)
Bi-Monthly Newsletter --
$1000 per year (6 newsletters)
Quarterly Newsletter --
$700 per year (4 newsletters)
Billing is
done on a quarterly basis for subscribers on the monthly
option. Billing is done on an annual basis
for subscribers on the bi-monthly or quarterly option.
There is a one-time $150 setup fee. All options
are based on a 12 month period from the time you signup.

Layout for your e-newsletter will
be customized with your colors, logos, images, tagline,
etc. We will work with you to be
certain we incorporate this information.
Mail Delivery Account:
You will need to subscribe to some type of email
delivery service. We recommend
Constant Contact,
but you can also use Connectwise Marketing Manager
or another type of mail service subscription if you have
one. Constant Contact can provide tracking reports on opens and
click-through as well as manage your list for opt-in and
opt-out. These online accounts belong to you and can be
used for other purposes. If you choose an online service
we can send your e-newsletter for you. If you choose the Connectwise Marketing Manager, we will send you a link
to an HTML template that you can upload. If you choose
to use Constant Contact, we can help you set up this
account and upload your customer list. Monthly pricing
for Constant Contact is $15 per month for a list of 500
emails, $30 for a list of 2500, and $50 for a list of
5000.
Content:
Many companies use their first issue to introduce the
service and include a welcome letter from the company
president. We encourage you to customize your content.
Our database contains articles for you to use as well as
educational content such as Office Tips and Tricks. The
newsletter is a great way to communicate about events,
seminars, lunch and learn, specials and any other items
of interest to your customers. Many companies include an
employee or customer spotlight. Once you become a
newsletter subscriber, you will have access to our
secure database of content. Take
a look at some screen shots from our Article Database
if you would like to see some samples. Keep in mind that
this database will be updated monthly to assure that
content choices are fresh.
The Process:
After your design
template is finished and approved, we will populate the
e-newsletter with your content choices each month and
provide you with a link to view the working document. We
will work with you to choose a monthly scheduled
submission date for your e-newsletter content and will
send you a reminder 4-5 days before your choices are
due. Once we are finished, we can upload the
e-newsletter to your delivery account and schedule it
for delivery to your list. The team at HTS can help you
manage your Constant Contact account. There is no
additional fee for this service.
