Joplin, MO - December 2, 2011 —With the help of IT Providers and computer dealers across the country, Heartland Technology Solutions has raised $13,800 in gift cards for Joplin residents. The Healing Joplin group will distribute the more than 500 gift cards on Saturday night, at Forest Park Baptist Church, to Joplin residents who are now living in the FEMA housing units.
San Jose, Calif., – Nov. 17, 2011 – NetEnrich today announced it will donate five percent of the total revenue generated from targeted sales within the Ingram Micro Venture Tech Network (VTN) community to the Joplin Habitat for Humanity. In 2011, the close-knit community of Joplin, Missouri was devastated by a tornado that killed 162 people and resulted in millions in damages to homes, damaging over 7,000 and completely destroying over 4,000.

“The cost to build a Habitat House in Joplin is approximately $45,000 and today there are over a thousand families that need a place to live. Sadly, there is not enough funding to help everyone in need,” says Jane Cage, COO, Heartland Technology Solutions (HTS) and Chairman of Joplin’s Citizens Advisory Recovery Team.
