A lot of exciting things have been happening in the HTS offices, between successfully moving our Harlan office and staff, migrating our central technology infrastructure, and welcoming new team members! This week we want to introduce three new additions to the HTS family!

The HTS team continues to grow! We've recently brought Rita Willmott, Lin Coady, and Jacob Johnson on board.

We're back to work after our annual company retreat last Friday and Saturday in Kansas City. With our seven locations so spread out, this is the only chance we get to see everyone in the same place at the same time! It is one of the highlights of the year for all of the employees here at HTS.

Each year we have a theme and, with our recent change in ownership, we felt it only right to have this year be "Back to the Future"! We took advantage of our time together on Friday afternoon for some individual group breakouts and training for our Sales, Service, and Operations teams.

We have new additions to our sales and service teams! Please welcome Matthew Bryon, our new account executive in St. Joseph, MO, and Nate Paxton, our new engineer in Harlan, IA.

Our service team is another engineer strong! Please welcome Terry Allen to the HTS family.

Terry is based in our Joplin office. He is an IT professional with 15 years of experience who is passionate about his faith, family, and technology. Terry is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and previously worked as an IT consultant serving clients in manufacturing, banking, retail, and healthcare.

We're very happy to have Terry with us!

Please welcome the newest addition to our NOC team, Crystal Barngrover! Crystal is based in our Kansas office. She graduated from Wichita Technical Institute in 2008, where she also previously worked as the Senior IT Support Technician for four years. 

We're very excited to have Crystal on our team!

We have a number of new HTS team members to introduce to you this week, from multiple offices! Please join us in welcoming John Rokes and Dustin Wright on the service team, Angela Wagner and Julie Fountain on the sales team, and our marketing/e-newsletter service intern, Jeremiah Bokay.

This week we're announcing yet another new team member (have you heard? We're hiring!).

Please welcome Ken Gulick, our newest NOC Engineer, based in Newton, Kansas. Ken was previously an IT Instructor and Network Administrator and comes to us with experience with server and PC hardware and software, physical and logical networking, and SonicWalls.

Our NOC team is very happy to have Ken on board - and so are we all!

This week we want to introduce our two newest full-time team members: Tim Shanks and Brady Osborne.
